Live multiplayer games for teams, right in the browser

Where great teamspress play.

TeamPlay turns any offsite, Friday afternoon, or all-hands into a live team game. Everyone answers by typing on their own device at the same time, and the app scores it — so you host the room instead of refereeing it.

The game library

Warm-up

Openers, to get people talking before anything is at stake. Some of these don't score at all — that's deliberate.

Two Truths

Spot the lie

Each turn, one person on the sharing team types three statements about themselves - two true, one false - and secretly marks the lie. Everyone on every other team then taps which one they think is false, and each team answers with whatever most of its members picked. Spotting the lie scores; so does fooling a team.

Quick Poll

Live opinion pulse

Everyone votes on live opinion questions from their own device. The host watches votes come in, then closes each poll to show the room's split - a fun break with no right answer, so no points are on the line.

Icebreaker Roulette

Break the ice, fast

The host spins to assign everyone a random prompt and speaking order. Each person answers out loud on the call when it's their turn - no typing, just talking.

Speed Round Surveys

This or that?

A rapid-fire "this or that" question appears each round - everyone votes live from their own device, and the host watches the real split come in before revealing it to everyone. No right answer, so no points on the line - just for fun.

Quiz

Knowing the answer. Questions with a right answer the app checks for you.

Trivia – Head to Head

Every team answers at once

A question hits every screen at once with a 15-second clock. Everyone on a team taps an answer - most votes wins, and a tie goes to the captain. The host reveals it, and every team that got it right scores 10.

Trivia – Pass and Play

One team answers, the room watches

Teams take turns. The team on the floor gets a fresh question and 30 seconds - everyone on it taps an answer, most votes wins, a tie goes to the captain - while the other teams watch. The host reveals it: 10 for a right answer, then the floor passes on.

Superfan – Pass and Play

Your team's category, one team on the floor

Each team's captain picks a category (Sitcoms, Movies, TV Series, Sports, or Music) and at least three sub-categories. Then teams take turns on the floor: the whole room watches while the team taps and votes on its answer (45 seconds), and the host reveals it - 10 points if it's right.

Superfan – Head to Head

Your team's category, every team at once

Each team's captain picks a category (Sitcoms, Movies, TV Series, Sports, or Music) and at least three sub-categories. Then every team races its own questions at the same time against one shared clock - teammates vote on each answer and the majority locks it in. 10 points a right answer.

🌍

Pin It! Flags

Name the flag, pin the country

A flag appears. Your team votes on which of four countries it is, and one teammate - a different one each flag - drops a pin on a world map with no borders. 10 points for the right name, up to 20 for the pin: inside the country 20, within 500 km 10, within 1,500 km 5. The host reveals every team's answer together.

Rank It!

Order it before time runs out

A list appears the moment the clock starts and every team drags it into what they think is the right order, with a private chat to argue it out. Orders lock at the buzzer and are checked automatically - you score for each item you put in exactly the right slot, so a near miss still pays.

03 · 7 games

Puzzle

Working the answer out. A shared clock, every team typing at once, graded automatically at the buzzer.

Word Scramble

Unscramble against the clock

A scrambled word appears and the clock starts - teams race to unscramble it first. Every team gets their own timer, so it's a fair race even if teams join late.

🔍

Logo Zoom

Name the brand before it zooms out

A brand's logo appears zoomed right in and slowly pulls back. Anyone on your team can type a guess - 5 per team, and nothing gets replaced; your first right one scores. A mixed game gets harder as it goes: twisted logos, a wandering spotlight, a jigsaw. The host reveals: the fastest correct team scores 30, the next 20, every other right answer 10, and the final logo pays double.

🔢

Sudoku Battle

Same puzzle, every team racing

Every team gets the same sudoku, each board disguised so nobody can copy. Your whole team fills one shared board - every digit is checked the moment it's entered. A full board is worth 100 points: each right digit earns its share, each wrong one costs the same. The first three teams to finish get +30, +20 and +10.

Emoji Guess

Decode the emoji

Every team sees the same emoji the moment the clock starts, and races to type what it means before time runs out. Answers lock at the buzzer and are checked automatically - the fastest correct team scores most, but every right answer scores.

Riddle Challenge

Brain teasers under pressure

A riddle appears the moment the clock starts and every team races to type the answer, with a private chat to think it through together. Answers lock at the buzzer and are checked automatically - the fastest correct team scores most, but every right answer scores.

Rebus Puzzles

Visual word riddles

A visual word-riddle appears the moment the clock starts and every team races to type the phrase it hides, with a private chat to work it out together. Answers lock at the buzzer and are checked automatically - the fastest correct team scores most, but every right answer scores.

Mystery Box

Unlock clues, guess early

The host unlocks clues to a hidden item one at a time, vague first. After each clue every team types a guess and they are checked automatically - the earlier you get it, the more it pays, from 50 down to 10. Teams that solve it bank their points and sit out while the rest keep guessing.

Social

Closers — laughs, intuition and co-op. Where a session should end rather than start.

Imojination

Say it with emoji

Teams take turns. On your turn, pick a category and choose one player to build the answer - only they see it. They drag emoji onto the canvas (no letters, no numbers) while the rest of the team types guesses into the blanks. A right guess closes the turn and scores 30; each hint letter costs 5. Three minutes a turn.

🎅

Secret Santa

Draw names, keep the secret

Everyone can write one line about what they'd love (or hate) to get. Then the host draws names: everyone is Santa for exactly one person, nobody gets themselves, and only you see who you got - along with their wish, the budget and the date. Just for fun, no points.

🎁

White Elephant

Bring a gift, open one or steal one

Everyone brings one gift - a name, a line about it and a photo if you like - and it goes into a numbered box. In a random turn order you open a box or steal an opened gift, but never the one you brought; whoever is robbed goes straight away. A gift can be stolen once a turn and is locked after 3 steals in all (the host can turn that off). At the end the first player may swap, and the swapping runs on until someone stops. 45 seconds a move. Just for fun, no points.

Survey Says

Guess the popular answer

A prompt appears with a board of hidden popular answers. Every team types guesses on their own device, as many as they like - anything on the board flips over on its own and pays out to whoever got it first. Top answers are worth the most. No strikes and no clock: the round ends when the board is clear, or when you close it.

Punchline

Funniest answer wins the room

A prompt appears and everyone writes their own answer on their own device against a 60-second clock. Then every answer goes up anonymously and the room votes for its favourite - you cannot vote for your own. Each vote is worth points to whoever wrote it, and the authors are revealed at the end.

Team Escape Room

Solve your way to the exit

A chain of locks against one clock. With a small room everyone works the same lock together and the first right answer opens it for all of you. With a bigger room every team gets a different lock at the same moment, and you only escape once every team has cracked all of theirs - so finishing early means talking another team through theirs. Answers are typed and checked automatically.

How it works

From zero to game night in three moves.

01

Host spins up a session

Pick your games, set how long each runs, and share your screen. A room code appears on it.

02

The team joins in seconds

Everyone types the code on their own device, drops their name, and lands in an auto-balanced team.

03

Everyone answers at once

Every team types into the same round on the same clock — nobody waits their turn. Answers lock at the buzzer, the app checks them, and the fastest right answer scores most.

Every team plays the same round at once, and the app checks the answers.
