What is TeamPlay?
TeamPlay runs live team games - trivia, puzzles, icebreakers and more - for offsites, team meetings and Friday socials. The host shares their screen, everyone plays from their own phone or laptop, and the app keeps score.
Do players need to download anything or sign up?
No. Players open the join page in any browser, type the room code and their name, and they're in. Only the host needs an account.
Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. The host shares their screen on Zoom, Teams or Meet, and everyone answers on their own device, so it plays the same on a call as in a room.
How many people can play?
Up to 15 people per session on the Free plan, 100 on Pro and 1,000 on Business.
How are teams made?
Players are spread evenly across teams as they join. The host can change the number of teams, move people between them and rename them. You can also play solo, where everyone plays for themselves.
What games are there?
19 games across warm-ups, quizzes, puzzles and social rounds. Most take 5 to 12 minutes, and the lobby shows an estimated length for your lineup before you start.
Can I write my own questions?
Yes. Build your own quiz with multiple-choice or true/false questions, add images, and play it like any other game. The Free plan includes 1 custom game; Pro and Business are unlimited.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, free forever, with no card needed: up to 15 people per session, all the standard games and 1 custom game.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Pro and Business are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our payment provider. You can cancel anytime by emailing admin+support@haznar.co; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
What happens to our data?
We collect only what it takes to run your games, with no ads or cross-site tracking, and hosts can delete their sessions at any time. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
