Refund Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

We want TeamPlay to be worth what you pay for it. The Free plan lets you run real games before you spend anything, and if a paid plan isn't right for you, this is how refunds work.

Who processes refunds

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle charges your card and issues refunds, so a refund always goes back to the card or account you paid with, and Paddle's buyer terms apply alongside this policy.

When you can get a refund

  • Your first payment. If you're not happy, ask within 14 days of your first charge for a plan and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
  • Yearly renewals. Forgot to cancel? Ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full.
  • Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
  • Billing mistakes, such as a duplicate charge or being charged after you cancelled, are always refunded in full.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by emailing admin+support@haznar.co. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Your sessions and custom games stay where they are. We don't refund the unused part of a period when you cancel, unless a refund is covered above.

How to ask for a refund

Email admin+support@haznar.co from the address on your TeamPlay account, and tell us which charge it's about. We'll get back to you as soon as we can. Once a refund is approved, it usually reaches your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live, such as the right of consumers in the EU and UK to withdraw from a purchase. If we ever close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your plan, as our Terms of Service say.
